The listing photo is almond and i wanted coffin, so i was a little nervous the design wouldn't translate onto a longer shape. it translated perfectly. nothing stretched, nothing cut off at the tip. being able to choose is such a small thing that changes everything.

Fourth set. I keep waiting for one of them to be the disappointing one and it hasn't happened. Same quality every time, which is not something I can say about most handmade things I've bought online.

Wore mine for my sister's wedding and then just left them on for the rest of the trip. Photos, dancing, a lot of hugging and hand holding and one very emotional speech. They came through all of it. Five separate people asked me where I'd had them done and I was so smug about it.

I've ordered from three other handmade shops and every single one just hands you small, medium, large and calls it a day. Something was always slightly off, usually my thumbs. Here I sent my actual measurements and honestly the fit is not even in the same category. Nothing lifts at the corners. Nothing.

i bought a basics set expecting, well. basic. these are HAND PAINTED. at this price. the colour is completely even and the shine is a real shine, not that flat cheap topcoat thing. i keep looking at my hands.

OK so I was about two seconds from giving up on press ons forever. Every set made my hands look like doll hands. Too long, too wide at the base, always. I ordered the custom sizing here purely out of spite at this point, and it turns out I have just been wearing the wrong size for YEARS. Years!! I'm not normal about these now.

Two kids under five, so these have been through it. Bath time, dishes, ripping open snack packets at speed. I gave up being careful with them around day three and they are all still exactly where I put them.

A designed set at my salon runs $100 to $150 and even plain colour is $65. Two weeks later it's grown out and I'm back in the chair. I've been rotating my Joyee sets for months now. I stopped doing the maths a while ago because it stopped being close.

I type all day so I always go extra short squoval. They look like my own nails, just a much better version of them. No clicking on the keyboard, no weird angle on my phone. Nobody has ever asked if they're fake, they just say my nails look nice.

I'll be honest, I wasn't sure when I placed the first order. You never really know until it's in your hands. Then I opened the box and it was immediately obvious. The edges are smoothed down instead of that sharp plastic seam, and the colour has depth to it, you can see it's been painted and not stamped out. I placed my second order before I'd even worn the first set out of the house.
