This is my fifth set and I keep half expecting one of them to be the letdown. Hasn't happened. Different designs, different months, same finish every time. That's the whole reason I stopped looking elsewhere.

I check the new arrivals every single time an email lands, it's a problem. Three drops in a row now and each one has been better than the last. Whoever is doing the design work over there, please keep going.

Bought one of the best sellers and then a quieter design that clearly nobody else was ordering. Same quality on both. I half expected the less popular one to feel like an afterthought and it didn't.

Been buying here on and off for nearly three years. Brands usually slip once they get busier, that's just what happens. This one hasn't. If anything the designs have got more ambitious and the finish has got tighter.

A colleague wore one of the best sellers to work and I asked her about it before I'd even said good morning. Ordered the same one that night. It's exactly as good in person as it was on her hands.

Handmade doesn't automatically mean fitted, which took me a few purchases to learn. Most small brands still just do XS to L. Sending actual measurements is a different experience and I don't think I can go back to guessing.

The full size set was how I got in without having to commit to measuring first. Worked out my sizes from it and haven't thought about it since.

Lost one down the plughole, which felt like a very expensive mistake at the time. They just remade that one nail in my size. Most brands can't do that because their stock comes out of a factory in fixed sizes.

I keep my favourites and re wear them. Second and third time round they still look right, so a set I loved doesn't have to be a one off.

Got a set for my mum, who has never worn anything like this in her life. She was delighted and then slightly annoyed that hers looked better than mine.
