Spring has two sides that most people forget to honour at the same time: the flowers, and the wild. The flowers are what we plant, what we press, what we give and receive and arrange in vases. The wild is what grows without asking — along roadsides, in forests, between cracks in stone. One is tended. One is free. Both are spring.
