Joyee Nails Creator Program Terms

Last updated: August 21, 2026

These terms apply to everyone taking part in the Joyee Nails Creator Program, operated by JoyeeLab LLC.

By submitting an application you agree to what follows. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not apply. How we handle your personal information is covered separately in our Creator Program Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and approval

You must be at least 18 years old.

We work with creators whose audiences are mainly in the regions we ship to, currently North America, Europe, and Australia. If most of your audience is somewhere we cannot ship, your followers will not be able to order, so we will not be able to approve you. Our current shipping coverage is in our Shipping Policy.

Every application is reviewed by a person. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion, and we are not required to give a reason. We usually reply within two business days. Approval is personal to you and cannot be transferred or sold.

The information in your application must be accurate, including your social handles and audience size. Applications built on false, purchased, or borrowed accounts will be declined, and any commission already earned will be forfeited.

2. Commission

15% on orders from customers who are new to Joyee Nails.
5% on orders from customers who have bought from us before.

This program exists to bring in new customers, and the rates reflect that. Your dashboard shows which rate applied to each order.

Commission is calculated on the order subtotal after any discount has been applied. It does not include shipping, taxes, duties, or gift wrapping. If a customer uses a discount that is larger than your code, commission is calculated on what they actually paid.

Commission is earned only on orders that are correctly tracked to you, through your personal link or your personal discount code. We cannot pay commission on an order we have no record of.

Selected creators may be moved to a higher rate based on sustained performance. Rate changes are made by us and communicated in writing.

Commission is not paid on your own purchases, purchases by members of your household, or orders placed using your code by anyone acting on your behalf.

3. Tracking

Tracking works on a 30 day cookie and a last click model. If a customer clicks your link and then clicks another creator's link before buying, the sale is credited to the most recent link.

Lead with your link, not just your code. Our store runs promotions that sometimes offer a larger saving than your creator code. In those cases the checkout applies whichever discount is better for the customer, your code will not appear on the order, and only your link can credit the sale to you.

We cannot recover commission for sales that were not tracked. Cookie loss caused by ad blockers, private browsing, or a customer switching devices is outside our control.

4. Your discount code

Your code gives a first time customer 15% off their order. It cannot be combined with other discounts, and it does not apply to customers who have ordered from us before.

Your code is for your own audience. Posting it on coupon sites, cashback sites, deal forums, browser extensions, or any aggregator is not allowed. We monitor for this. If your code appears on one of these, we will deactivate it, issue you a new one, and may end your participation.

We may change or retire a code at any time, and will tell you when we do.

5. Getting paid

Commission is held for 30 days after the order date. This covers our return and cancellation window.

Your first payout is sent as soon as it clears the hold period, without waiting for the monthly cycle. After that, released commission is paid once a month, on the 10th, covering the previous month. So your first payment lands roughly a month after your first sale, and settles into a monthly rhythm from there.

You choose how you are paid:

Cash. We send your commission through Tremendous, a rewards platform, to your account email. From there you choose how to receive it: PayPal, bank transfer, a prepaid Visa card, Venmo, Cash App, or a gift card from a catalogue of thousands. All we need from you is an email address, never your bank details. The minimum payout is $10, and balances below that roll over to the next cycle.

Store gift card. Take your commission as a Joyee Nails gift card and we add 20% on top. A $100 commission becomes a $120 gift card. There is no minimum. The balance carries over between orders, does not expire, and can be used on any order including promotional ones.

These are two separate routes. Cash goes out through Tremendous, where you pick from their catalogue — a Joyee Nails gift card is not in that catalogue. Our store gift card is issued by us directly, so we need to know in advance which one you want.

You can switch between the two at any time by emailing us. Tell us before the 5th of the month and the change applies to that month's payout.

Cash rewards stay claimable for one year from the date we send them, so redeem when the email arrives rather than sitting on it. You are responsible for reporting and paying any tax owed on your commission, whether you take it as cash or as a gift card. We do not withhold tax on your behalf. If you are a US taxpayer and cross the reporting threshold in a calendar year, you may be asked to complete a W-9 before your reward can be released.

6. Returns, cancellations, and chargebacks

If an order is cancelled, refunded, or charged back, the commission on that order is removed. If it has already been paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.

Because our nails are made to order, most orders are covered by our Care+ remake promise rather than a refund. Details are in our Refund and Fit Policy. A remake does not remove your commission.

7. How you can promote us

You are free to post in your own voice. We do not approve captions or set posting quotas.

The following are not allowed:

  • Bidding on "Joyee Nails", "joyeenails", or close spellings and variations of either, on Google, Bing, or any other search engine. Sales that arrive through a paid search click are held for review, and commission may be withheld.
  • Using our brand name in a display URL, ad headline, or domain in a way that suggests you are us
  • Registering domains, social accounts, or app listings that could be mistaken for an official Joyee Nails channel
  • Posting your code on coupon, cashback, or deal sites
  • Unsolicited email, SMS, or DM campaigns
  • Claiming results our products do not deliver, including claims about wear time or fit that we have not published
  • Using photos of our products that belong to other creators or other brands
  • Any content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or targets minors

If you are not sure whether something is allowed, email us before you post.

8. Disclosure

You must make it clear when a post can earn you money. This is a legal requirement, not a preference.

Put your disclosure where people will actually see it: at the start of your caption, before the "more" cut-off, not buried in a block of hashtags. In video, say it out loud as well.

If you are in the US, follow the FTC Endorsement Guides. In the UK, follow the ASA and CMA rules. In Canada, follow the Competition Bureau's influencer marketing guidance. In the EU, follow the disclosure rules that apply in your country.

Posts without proper disclosure may be excluded from commission.

9. Brand assets and your content

You may use the product photos, logos, and copy provided in your creator dashboard, for the purpose of promoting Joyee Nails.

You may not alter our logo, place our products next to another brand's in a way that implies a partnership, or use our assets after leaving the program.

Content you create is yours. By posting it with your affiliate link or code, you give us permission to reshare and use it in our own marketing — on our social accounts, our website, our emails, and in paid advertising — always crediting you where the format allows.

If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will stop. That is a standing option, not a one-time choice.

10. Your information

To run this program we use GoAffPro for tracking and reporting, and Tremendous for sending cash rewards. Both receive some of your information in order to do their part.

What we collect, why, who we share it with, and how to ask us to delete it, are all set out in our Creator Program Privacy Policy.

11. Ending your participation

You can leave at any time by emailing us. Commission already earned and past its hold period will be paid out in the next cycle, subject to the $10 minimum.

We may end your participation at any time with notice, and without notice where there has been a clear breach of these terms. In the case of fraud, code leaking to coupon sites, brand name bidding, or self referral, unpaid commission is forfeited.

When your participation ends, your link and code stop working, and you must stop using our brand assets.

12. Some legal points

You take part as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment relationship, partnership, or agency between you and JoyeeLab LLC. You are responsible for your own taxes and for anything you post.

We provide this program as it is. We do not guarantee any level of sales, earnings, or traffic. Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission owed to you at the time a claim arises.

Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under the consumer or contractor protection laws of the country you live in.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change affects your commission rate, payout schedule, or what you are allowed to do, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Smaller edits will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top.

Continuing in the program after a change takes effect means you accept it.
